It’s cool to defend your developing brain

Group of teen friends smiling with text: It;s cool to defend your developing brain.

Did you know that your generation drinks much less alcohol than those before you?

In fact, over the last two decades, underage drinking has dropped by almost 50 PERCENT!

This is an encouraging trend for all the growing brains out there. The brain is still developing through your mid-twenties, and drinking alcohol during this time can disrupt growth and harm brain function.

So, if you choose not to drink while underage, your brain thanks you! If you or someone you know struggles with drinking, it’s never too late to pave a new path. Talk to a trusted adult or text “HELLO” to 741741 anytime for free and confidential support.
